- Foreclosure/REO Sales are up 10.5% with 21 closed sales and a median sales price of $240,000.

- Closed Sales are down -8.6% for Q1 2024 in which the number of units closed was 555 compared to 607 in Q1 2023, with a decrease in cash sales of -10.0%.
- New Pending Sales are down -9.9% and New Listings are up 18.9%.
- The Median Sales Price for Brevard Townhouses/Condos is up 1.7% to $299,990 compared to a year ago, which was $295,000.
- Months' Supply of Inventory is up 96.7% to 5.9 months, an increase from 3.0 months in Q1 2023.
