MLS Statistics for Brevard County, FL for First Quarter of 2024

  • Closed Sales are down -7.6% for Q1 2024 in which the number of units closed was 668 compared to 679 in Q1 2023, with a decrease in cash sales of -1.6%.
  • New Pending Sales are down -3.8% and New Listings are up 19.8%.
  • The Median Sales Price for Brevard Single Family homes is up 7.1% to $375,000 compared to a year ago, which was $350,000.
  • Months' Supply of Inventory is up 63.6% to 3.6 months, an increase from 2.2 months in Q1 2023.
  • Traditional Sales are down -8.0% with a median sales price of $375,950.
  • Foreclosure/REO Sales are up 10.5% with 21 closed sales and a median sales price of $240,000.
  • Short Sale Closings N/A with 4 closed sales reported with a median sales price of $323,750.

  • Closed Sales are down -8.6% for Q1 2024 in which the number of units closed was 555 compared to 607 in Q1 2023, with a decrease in cash sales of -10.0%.
  • New Pending Sales are down -9.9% and New Listings are up 18.9%.
  • The Median Sales Price for Brevard Townhouses/Condos is up 1.7% to $299,990 compared to a year ago, which was $295,000.
  • Months' Supply of Inventory is up 96.7% to 5.9 months, an increase from 3.0 months in Q1 2023.
  • Traditional Sales are down -8.6% with a median sales price of $299,990.
  • Foreclosure/REO Sales are up 50.0% with 3 closed sales and a median sales price of $120,000.
  • Short Sale Closings are down -100% with 0 closed sales reported.
