Easiest Sale Ever!
JoAnn was very professional and pleasant to work with. A true advisor every step of the way. We have sold 6 homes in our life, and this was the easiest sale ever. She advised us to de-personalize our home and gave us staging tips that made our home “pop” on the MLS listing. The professional pictures included aerial drone photographs and a vivid virtual tour. JoAnn is the best. By way of background we moved to St. Louis and sold our Townhome in Indialantic, without ever remodeling our Townhome which makes our experience with JoAnn even more amazing. We knew JoAnn from our Church, but we immediately felt a connection to JoAnn as a Realtor the moment we were in contact with her. She provided us with unlimited advice on pricing, helping us get an excellent offer and counter offer. Before that she arranged for several Townhome repairs. She contacted roofers, an electrician, a window repair person, and got carpets cleaned. She dealt with the Title Company making sure that all paperwork was accurate. Last December I started watching housing market sites for rentals in Titusville since that is where my husband, works and moving there would reduce gasoline and travel expenses for us.
