Having sold my own home in 2019, I understand the stress and hassles involved in both the buying & selling process. I strive to lessen the concerns for my clients as much as possible.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education & spent five years in education which provided the professional background on which my career has been built. My work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry, but followed me from my former career.
I am a member in good standing of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, The Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I am also commissioned by the State of Florida as a Notary Public. I do feel that being a REALTOR® is more than joining professional associations. I believe REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work as well. I have served my community in many capacities from 1996 to current.
In 2022 I became the owner and operating Broker of Young & Young Properties.
On a personal note:
I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Jim and we have a sweet Golden Retriever.
Together we have 5 awesome children and currently 8 amazing grandchildren.
Being raised in Florida from a very young age, this is my home state. My childhood dream was to someday live on a farm on acreage, grow my own food and have animals. In 2019, Jim & I moved from the Lake Washington area of Melbourne to pursue our dream home in rural Southern Brevard County. We now have an expansive vegetable garden and a flock of bossy chickens. :)
