Deer Run Vacant Land Sales YTD June 30, 2020

In our neighborhood of DEER RUN the volume of vacant land sales is up!  In 2019 there were a total of  7 vacant land sales.  Year to date in June 2020 we are already at 10 sales.  Much of the popularity is due to the development of the new I95 interchange which is scheduled to open soon.  The volume of land sales continue to increase and with it comes an increase in property value due to the demand.  It is believed that this southern area of Brevard county is the next to be developed.  Personally this was our reason for  moving from the Lake Washington area of Melbourne to this lovely development.  
Land is still inexpensive when you compare Deer Run to other areas of Brevard.  The secret is out!

I've complied a list of current vacant land sales from1/1/2020 - 6/30/2020.  Sales are pulled from both public record and The Space Coast MLS. Sales can also been seen on Zillow.com or Realtor.com.  I've personally sold two of these lots.  There is some research on the buyer's part of which to be aware but you just can't beat the price per acre in Deer Run.
