The Youngs are Moving!

The Youngs are moving! We've searched 3 different states for jobs and houses and the Lord kept saying "wait". We wanted a home with more land. We've been beat out on offers several times. (Imagine that...A Realtor who can't get her own offer accepted 🤪) Friends said, "God has something better". They were right...
We will be closing on this 2.5 acre property in the Southern-most part of Brevard County, FL soon.

Just 30 minutes south of where we live now. We were also offered the 2.5 acre vacant lot next door at a reasonable price. This area has an exit ramp opening in the Fall and we found out Friday a new community is being developed just 2 miles north. I told Jim a year ago this area is going to explode once the exit ramp opens. We looked there a year ago and placed a bid on a property in the same subdivision.
Deer and other wild animals roam the area and there were cardinals galore when we viewed the property!
We have been working on our current house over the last year getting it ready "just in case" the Lord moved us somewhere. We have finished up minor repairs this week and listed our home. Please pray for a positive outcome and a good offer.
We've seen God's hand multiple times in this decision and we have trusted HIS guidance all along the way. We've been careful not to make a move without Him. It has been difficult to be patient and we would love to be near our children and grandchildren but our jobs for now, are here. This will be a good investment and will make a great home for our little family. - JoAnn Young
