Somerset Floor Plan - Maronda Homes

The Somerset floor plan was in the "Custom Series" of Maronda Homes.  It featured 1700 sq ft of living space, split floor plan.  The custom homes had upgraded oak or European cabinets a covered porch, intercom, R-30 ceiling insulation, upgraded carpet and padding and a stained wood trim package.  The price for this model began at $87,400 in 1986 and by 1989 a price of $91,900.  The lot was included in the price.
