The "Sierra" Floor Plan

Tiffany Homes "Sierra" model was another popular floor plan during the late 1980's - early 1990's.  The living Sq Ftg is 1502 making it one of the smallest models for our neighborhood.   This home features a split floor plan and came with an optional fireplace evelation.  The original price was $83,900 for elevations A & B.  Elevation C was  $650 more in price.
