The Hanover Floor plan is quite prevalent in our subdivision. This was a model home and is one of the smaller homes in the subdivision at 1510 sq ft. The floor plan is not a "split" floor plan as most in the subdivision. The Hanover's starting price in September of 1986 was $77,400. By April of 1989 the home was being sold by Maronda for 83,900. The lot was included in the price.
