Tiffany Homes was a very popular home builder in the 1980's. The company still exists today and they still build in the Melbourne area.
The floor plan and elevations below is the "Coventry" model with a living area of 1750 sq ft. In 1986 it was built at a cost of $88,900 with the elevation of "A" an adiitional $900 and elevation "B" $650 additional cost. This floor plan was rather unique because it has 2 windows on the corner of the house located in the kitchen. Tiffany Homes model center was the first 3 homes on the main road of the subdivision, on the west side of the road. Phase 1 for Tiffany Homes was the first half of Kingdom Ave. Phase 2 was the back half of Kingdom, the back half of Empire and the west side of the street of Empire's front half.
