The very popular Maronda Homes "LANCASTER" model. 1843 Sq.Ft. This floor plan was one of the highest priced on the price list starting at $90,900 in 1985 and raised to $94,900 in 1989. The lots were included in the sales price. There were 2 different variations to the floor plan. The master bath to the front OR to the rear of the home. One being $500 more than the other.
I would be very interested to know who is an original owner to this floor plan and what attracted you to this particular plan? What are your likes and dislikes now that you have lived there for some 30 years. Same for those who are not original owners.
